Every dollar funds bins, locks, and site coordination — nothing else. We publish our costs and our count as we go.

Storage sites need staffing. Outreach teams need support. Bins need assembly, delivery, and placement. If you're in the Lawton metro area and willing to show up, there's a role for you.
What we need:
- — Bin assembly and deployment days
- — Storage site staffing during access hours
- — Outreach distribution support
- — Photography and documentation
No special skills required. Just the willingness to be useful.

If you run a shelter, church, food bank, veterans' organization, or service agency in the Lawton metro area, we want to work with you.
You have the relationships. We have the bins. The combination is what makes this function. We don't duplicate what you do — we give you one more tool to remove one more barrier.
What we provide to partners:
- — Bins, locks, and hardware at no cost
- — Delivery and setup
- — Replacement locks and maintenance
- — Documentation and reporting support
Advocate
When the conversation about homelessness in Lawton turns to enforcement — and it will, because it always does — be the voice that asks a different question.
Not how do we move these people along. But what would it take for them to move themselves.
Talk about this. Share our work. Attend a city council meeting. Write a letter. Push back when someone says a bus ticket is a solution. The loudest voices in this space have been the ones demanding confiscation. We need voices that demand something better.
Our first campaign: 50 bins for Lawton
We're raising $8,000 to deploy Lawton's first 50 secure storage bins — enough to serve the most immediate need and prove the model works for ongoing funding.
$4,400 goes to bins and locking hardware. $1,200 to site preparation. $800 to partner coordination. $800 to maintenance reserves. The rest covers platform fees. We'll show you every receipt.
